Standard Policies

For same day local delivery, orders must be received by 12pm EST. Orders received after 12pm EST will be delivered the next day. Holidays may affect this schedule. Cancellations must be received prior to delivery and cannot be accepted if the delivery is enroute.

In the rare occasion that Joy Blooms encounters a severe and uncontrollable issue regarding the receipt of the best florals suitable for your order, we reserve the right to substitute, with the same standard, color scheme, and value of the florals ordered.

Our goal at Joy Blooms is to assure you are pleased with your floral purchase and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Please notify Joy Blooms immediately if there is an issue with your florals. We will graciously replace or refund florals that do not meet customer's expectations when returned within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note that all plants, bridal bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres are final sales.
