Refund and Replacement Policy

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at joybloomsbypaula@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will graciously replace or refund florals that do not meet your expectations when notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Refund and Replacement Process
To request a replacement, please contact us at joybloomsbypaula@gmail.com or (571)-408-8993 within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide an image of your defect or damage to be reviewed.

If your replacement is accepted, we will coordinate the redelivery of your order within 48 hours. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at joybloomsbypaula@gmail.com.
